Once an order has been marked as "fulfilled", you will receive a shipment confirmation email to the email address provided under your order.
Please check your "junk" mailbox as sometimes confirmation emails may end up there. All shipment confirmation emails contain tracking numbers provided by USPS.
To track and check the status of your order please visit www.usps.com/tracking and use the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. Domestic Shipping Policies:
If you would like to request your order be expedited and shipped sooner than our typical shipment fulfillment window, please send me a message in the Contact Section after placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate all expedited requests, but please be advised that expedited requests are not guaranteed. Domestic orders should typically arrive between 3 to 5 business days after your order has been shipped. If USPS is anticipating delays due to weather, holidays or other factors, those updates will be available at usps.com/tracking.
Domestic orders are not insured. Orders valued at under $150 are not insured. If you have an order valued at more than $150 and would like to request your order be insured, please leave an order note at the time of your order AND send me a message to receive an alert of your purchase and insurance request.
Return and Refund Policies:
All orders are final. There are no exchanges or refunds issued once an order has been placed.
Refunds are not issued for orders that were unable to be delivered due to insufficient or incomplete shipping addresses provided under your order.
If an order is returned because of an insufficient address provided under your original order, was refused by the sender or sent to an address that is no longer valid, you will be required to pay an additional postage fee to have your item reshipped.
Orders that are returned will be held for 6 months only. After 6 months, unclaimed orders are added back into inventory, we will reach out to the email address provided under your original order and give detailed instructions on how to claim and have your item reshipped.
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and are only issued for one of the below reasons:
1) You received an incorrect order (different color, another item, missing items from your original order).
2) Should something happen to your order, you need to contact us with pictures within the first 24 hours after arrival, Lunniaya will consider to replace free of charge or issue a refund depending on case. Please understand that we are not USPS and we are not responsible for the way the carrier handles the packages. We will always do our best to ensure our orders are well protected and label them properly, however the deliver actions are out of our control as we are not part of USPS.
Please be advised that we will document with pictures every order before sending them out and they will be emailed to the email provided with your order.
